Yup, to my knowledge that's using the same trick you can do with Rufus (or just registry hacks) and a Windows 11 installer. I've heard from a few people that it's convenient. But it's a UI for the same type of thing, so it won't upgrade all Windows 10 PCs, just the ones that are eligible for the official-but-unofficial "unsupported upgrade."
